1. Overview of Products & Services
MomentBoard is an independent, student-run project and has no official affiliation, sponsorship, or association with the Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur (IIT Jodhpur or IITJ). We provide real-time media display services for events hosted within the IITJ campus. Our core service allows students and attendees to upload photos to be displayed live on the stage projectors during ceremonies.
2. Pricing of Services
Users can select different display durations for their image submissions. All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR):

3. Cancellation Policy
Once a premium duration upgrade is submitted and paid, the image enters the display pipeline immediately. Because event broadcasts are live and resources are allocated instantly, requests for cancellations of a slide submission are not accepted once the transaction is completed.
4. Refund Policy
Since our services are digital and rendered live in real-time, refunds are only issued under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical Failure: If a paid upgrade cannot be displayed due to a system crash, network outage, or hardware failure of the main event projectors.
- Event Cancellation: If the convocation ceremony is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, making the live display service impossible to deliver.
- Content Moderation Rejection: If a paid submission is rejected by administrators during pre-moderation due to compliance reasons, a full refund of the upgrade amount will be initiated automatically.
5. Refund Claim Process
To request a refund in case of technical issues, please email our support team at momentboard-support@iitj.ac.in with your transaction ID, name, and roll number. Refund claims must be submitted within 48 hours of the event completion.
Eligible refunds will be approved by the organizers and credited back to the user's original source of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
