Welcome to the digital gateway for the IIT Jodhpur Convocation. Designed exclusively for the graduating batch of 2026, this portal bridges the excitement of the big day with the longevity of our shared memories.
Interact with the ceremony in real-time. Broadcast your photos, graduation caps, and custom messages directly onto the main convocation stage screen during the event.
Preserve our collective legacy. Sign in with your IITJ Google credentials to create a beautiful graduate card containing your memories, quotes, accomplishments, and social links.
During the convocation, students can scan a QR code, upload a photo of the ceremony, and it will instantly enter a queue and play on the large stage projectors.
A searchable database of graduating seniors. Filter batchmates by department, hostel, degree, or program, and discover their graduation profiles.
Using secure token signatures and Google OAuth limited strictly to @iitj.ac.in, we ensure only verified students can create and publish profiles.
Follow these simple steps on the day
Log in with your official IITJ email. The system automatically decodes your department, batch, and program. Write your quote, choose your superlatives, and link your LinkedIn or socials.
Take photos with your friends, professors, and family during the convocation ceremony. Upload them to the MomentBoard from your phone, select display time, and see them immediately on the event displays.
Browse through the digital yearbook wall. View the auto-advancing slideshow of memories, export graduate profiles, and keep in touch with peers as everyone moves onto their post-grad careers.
Convocation is a single, fast-paced day of handshakes, photo shoots, and goodbyes. Between getting your degree and meeting families, it is easy for small moments to pass unnoticed.
We built MomentBoard to make the convocation interactive and shared by everyone in real time. We built the Digital Yearbook to archive the micro-stories: the late-night tea stalls, the graduation slogans, the hostel jokes, and the profiles of the batch that defined the year 2026.
